"The Timeless Wonder" Sylvia Miles flips another page today and begins her 79th year above ground. 78 today, she was christened, "The Timeless Wonder" by none other than Michael Douglas when he spotted her at a "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps" barbeque. I'm not sure I'd have chosen the word timeless. From what I've seen, every single solitary moment of the last 78 years are etched
and kvetched all over her. I take my hat off to you, dear Sylvia.
Wow. I forgot she was still alive!
ReplyDeleteThere is no way she was born in 1932; that would have made her 36-37 when she filmed Midnight Cowboy, and in that she played a broken down 50 year old housewife.
ReplyDeleteross, darling, you've never met anyone who looked a bit rough?
