Dana was married just once, to the infamous celebrity lawyer Greg Bautzer (remember "Uncle Greg" from Mommie Dearest?) Prior to this union, it appears that Greg shtupped quite a lot of Hollywood royalty, ending up married to the daughter of Nick Schenck, president of Loew's Inc. parent company of MGM.
1923-2011
The Champagne Lady joined The Lawrence Welk Show in 1960. Seems Mr. Welk
had fired the prior Champagne Lady because she showed too much knee on camera (HA!) and asked Norma to step in until a replacement could be found. Though new
girls were auditioned, Norma was never replaced. She wrote an
autobiography entitled, Norma. I don't intend to read it.
