THE LUNCH BOX OF MY YOUTH

WELL, IT WAS MY SISTERS, BUT I DID CARRY A
SPRAY OF ROSES TO THE LUNCHROOM QUITE OFTEN.

  1. Of course of course...did you play Mystery Date and Twister and recess too?

I had so many lunch boxes over the elementary years. My favorite was, Lancelot Link the secret agent chimp.

  3. Sweet box! (That's what he said.) My Barbie lunchbox was the highlight of my Parochial school days, but sadly, the thermos smelled of sour chocolate milk, even after repeated washings.

I still play Mystery Date (turns into Misery Date). Also, Twister, but alone.

  6. i was very young, like 5 & mom bought me "palladin/have gun will travel" lunch box. i recall little from that time, but remember asking her why. seems SHE liked richard boone, though i did not. it's no wonder i fixated on the campus queen.

we were poor-ish, no mystery date OR twister.
