    SHe looks like the woman who works at the DMV, to whom you are trying to explain that Alabama does not issue titles for vehicles older than 1972. As you show her the notarized letter to this effect, the Ohio Revised Code that tells her that the paper work you are providing is all you need to title the car in Ohio, she slightly snears, one eyeborw arched, nodding her head as if she understands you, only to let you finish and then say "I don't know anything about this...uh hah...you'll need to come back is tweo weeks when my Supervisor comes back from vacation..."
