Baby Jane, but wasn't able to convince director Bob Aldrich. This just uncovered photo
shows Joan as Blanche the way that Joan wanted Blanche to look. Crawford
didn't mind the wig, hooks and bungy cords used to get her face extra taut. She was always a trooper.
