OUCH!

New York Times Style Magazine (yesterday) Spring 2011, page 75. I imagine
TJB and Marilyn Maye are just two folks that aren't too pleased with this ad. Of course, Mitzi Gaynor's thrilled.

    why it seems like a perfectly lovely announcement. No nip slips or depends undergarments in view. what do we have to do to please these perfectionists.

    I literally just took a sharp intake of breath. This is ridiculously unacceptable, and reminiscent of when, upon Ginger Rogers' death, a major news outlet (CBS Evening News, I think) ran a clip of Eleanor Powell tap dancing with Astaire.
